yes i consider Richards actions toward Tess bullying because he was trying to get her to snitch on him and that would give her a bad reputation.Also i think bullying is a thing where when someone is getting hurt or getting teased that it is wrong and i think Richard is teasing Tess by pulling pranks on her.It would be bullying because while he is doing the pranks he might have thought of something embarrassing to do to her and that would make her feel bad.If i was Tess i would stand up to Richard and go akiko on him and i would also say after i have beat him with my skills i would tell him if hes going to bully me anymore and if he said he would not stop i would do akiko on him until he said he would stop bullying me.

If i were Tess i would do what Sammy thinks is best and do ikidio on him, just so i don't make a fool out of myself. Also i don't think i would confront him because that would just make matters worse. Ithink that i would just let him do whatever till he runs out of things to do.
